To envisage for the marchioness an aluminium cake mould , easier to unmould (while crossing)
To envisage to make this cake 24 hours in advance minimum....2 days it is better!
Ingredients
200 gr. Black Chocolate (I take Nestle serves)
5 egg white, 40 butter gr., 1 C with soup of fresh cream.
Preparation:
To dissolve the chocolate and butter with the Marie.Mélangez bath well.
Assemble the white snows about it with a salt pinch, quite firm and incorporate in the chocolate preparation butters when that Ci is almost cold. Add a spoon of fresh cream delicately.
Put the preparation in the mould and arrange with the freezer during 24 hours.
Six hours before being useful, leave the marchioness the freezer and put it in the refrigerator.
Unmould delicately by cutting out the mould with the scissors so necessary.
Be used with an English cream or a cream for the coffee which you will have made with the yellows.
Note: This marchioness is light, without yellows and sugar.
Suggestion:
You can listen to Mozart by eating the Marchioness,
that goes very well with....
